Instagram Storys are more important then ever if you want to reach more people and want to gain
more Folowers on Instagram. Today I want to show you 10+ Instagram Story Ideas only using the
normal story tool and no other app additionally. Hopefully you could get some inspiration of this
post. ♥


#1 OUTLINES

Absolutely a quick and simple method to pimp up your story. You just have to draw around an
object, a person or anyhing you want with the brush tool. After that, change into the eraser mode
and erase little parts of the line. Super cute and super easy, when you don't have a lot of time to
edit your story but you want to pimp your picture a little bit. Last but not least some text and
that's it!

#2 CREATING A BOX

Did you know before, that it is super easy to create some boxes for your story? All you have to do
is writing some text (choose the biggest font), click on the button in the left corner and choose a
color the box should have. After that you mark the word/words and choose the same color as
you have choosen befor for the 'background color'. Voila! Looks like a cute box and trust me,
there are so many options to use this method.

#3 SPIRAL / HELIX

I absolutely love love love this trick, cause it's so simple but looks damn cool. You just have to
draw a spiral or zigzag over a person and erase every second line, so it starts to look like the
spiral runs behind the person. I added some text and that's it!

#4 SHADOW FONT

I guess this is a hack a lot of you will know already. Gonna show it anyways for those who didn't
know the magic of layering fonts in different colors. Write down a word, choose a color, write
down the word again, choose a similar color (just a bit lighter) and repeat this once again. Now
you got three different colored words. All you have to do is layering the three words (not totally
identical!) Put every word a little bit more right then the word before and you got this pretty
shadow effect!

#5 FOCUS

If you just want to show the most important part of a picture, or want to call attention to your
next post without showing it immediately, this method is perfect for you! Just paint the whole
picture by clickling a bit longer on the marker pen and erase the part you want to show. Add a
little text or be creative in anothrer way.

#6 RAINBOW FONT

This is a super cute way to pimp your text! First step: write something down. Second: mark the
word and choose your 'startcolor'. Then take a finger on the left mark-circle of the word and hold
on your start cover with another finger. Now you have to slide your one finger from letter to letter
(as the arrows are showing in the picture) while moving the other from colour to colour. I decided
to stay in the brown area of the color palette, but you can also choose a lot of different colors like
red, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue ...

#7 MIX YOUR OWN HANDWRITING

For this hack you just need to write something down with your own handwriting. Then you have
to erase the middle part (horizontal) of it and last but not least you need to add the same or another
word written in one of the instagram fonts where you have erased. You can also add a brush stroke
as background, like I did in the follolwing example.

#8 TEXT FRAME

Always looking fancy and so easy to do: text frames. Just use some text as a frame around
your picture.You can be creative with the font, color or space between the letters.



#9 COLOR PALETTE

Create a color palette to make your picture look more aesthetic! Choose the first brush in
a big size and pic a color of your picture. Paint a point at the side, bottom or top and repeat with
other colors. Tadaaa!

#10 SINGLE LETTERS

Write every single letter on their own to create a more dynamic optic! I love doing this, because
you can create so many different looks with it! So many opportunities!

#11 3D EFFECT

Similar to #3 you can paint different lines in different colors and sizes and erase everything
which would overlap you or the thing in the focus. It creates a 3D 'rainbow' look.

#12 MIX FONTS

Last but definitely not least - a really simple opportunity, but not seen that often: mixed fonts.
I absolutely don't know why just a few people use more then one font in a story. It looks super
cool in my opinion, especially when they overlap each other. What do you think?

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin Blogger Preparings | MBFW INVITATIONS, ORGANISATION ETC.

It's time again - the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin starts in a few days and I am glad to tell
you I am part of it again. Shows, Meetings and After Show Partys are waiting and I am completly
into preparings. That's why I got the idea, I could share my preparings with you too. I guess most of
you underestimate all the things going on before the Fashion Week and how much work the fashion
week is for me as a blogger. I don't want to complain myself, I love my work, but anyways I thought
it would be great to share a little behind the scenes with you.

INVITATIONS

It's my third year now on the MBFW Berlin. As I started blogging, I had never thought about being
invited to one of the Shows. That's why I was super excited when I recived my very first invitation
- my very first and only invitation in 2017. Yes, it's true. During my first Fashion Week I just went
to ONE Show. The following year I thought about how to get more invitations, cause I absolutely
loved watching the Runway Show of Ewa Herzog in 2017 and I wanted to create more content
about other Designers and other Shows. I checked the official Fashion Week calendar and the
work began. I googled hours to find out the press contacts for every Runway Show in 2018. After
that I wrote a mail to each contact, where I introduced myself and explained why I had to be part
of the Fashion Show. It worked. Some of the Designers wanted me writing about their new
collection and invited me. 2017 I visited one Show. 2018 I had the pleasure to watch 8 Shows and
visited two Partys. 2019? Stay tuned. I just could say the Fashion Week will AMAZING this year
and I am super excited about having the chance to visit so many shows and meeting so many new
people.

OUTFITS

Of cause, MBFW it's seeing others and being seen too. The week before I always google the
Designer where I am invited and look which style could fit to their Show, without loosing my own
taste of style. Mostly I am creating 6 to 7 outfits for four days, because I want to have the option to
change my look for a party in the evening. Funfact, this year I haven't have my looks done yet but
defenitely have to, cause most is in the closet basket and I need to go to the laundry. 

ORGANISATION

Invitations are safe, outfits are safe, now moving on to the organisation. Every single location has
to be written down and the distances have to be checked. Sometimes two Shows are immediately
behind each other, but are in different locations, which makes it difficult to be in time at the
second Show. I am planning every way exactly on the minute and when I realise that it is
impossible to get from one Show to another in time, I have to choose which is more imporat for me
to see.

PLACE TO SLEEP

Because I don't live in Berlin right now and the last years, I always needed to book a hotel or airbnb.
Mostly I tryed to find something which is not that far away from the shows, but it wasn't very
easy (most Shows are around the district Berlin Mitte, which isn't that cheap for sleeping haha).

BLOGPOST

When it's finally Fashion Week, the real stress begins. (Btw I love this stress, cause I love what I do.
It's not like university stress haha) I am always hoping I planned everything right and I could watch
Show after Show without any problems. During the Show you could see me with my phone in the
one hand, and the camera in the other. I am always trying to film some parts of the show for my
Instagram Storys and make photos of the looks for my blogpost. Between the shows I already
select what pictures I want to use for the blogpost and edit them. Every Fashion-Week-Day ends
with sitting on my laptop till around 2am, writing down my impressions and upload them with
the ready pictures of the looks here on my blog. Five hours later it's time to wake up again, make
myself ready for the day and moving on with a new day full of shows, pictures and storys. 

Yeah, and that's what I am doing 3-4 days during MBFW Berlin. :D I know it will be a week
without much sleep, with a lot of work, but also a week full of impressions I will never forget and
a week full of things I love. I hope u liked the little behind the scenes blogpost and you are looking

HOW TO REACH 1000 PEOPLE JUST TROUGH HASHTAGS - INSTAGRAM TIPS SERIES PART 2 BY VANESSA WORTH

As I said in the last Instagram Series Part 1 "How to get more likes on your Instagram posts",
I will going deeper into the topic hashtags today.

Hashtags are a very simple way to reach more people on Instagram who are possible new
followers! But how many Hashtags you should use? Which Hashtags are the right one for your
profile? Let me help you with all those open questions you have. But first of all, let me shortly
show you, that I made my own experiences and don't talking bullsh*t to you. In the following
pictures you can the my insights of one of my recent posts. As you can see,1105 people
saw my post just because of my used Hashtags and I want to tell you how you can reach also that
much of people, maybe even more, just with some tricks!

FIRST: WHICH HASHTAGS TO USE

One huge mistake I see day by day is that people use Hashtags adapted to their post only.
That's not wrong at all but let me give you a little example.

If I would be interested in traveling, maybe I would search for Hashtags like #beach.
You have posted a pretty cool beach photo from your last trip and used this Hashtag (adapted
to your post) but actually you are a fashion blogger. I would maybe like your photo and go to
your profile, cause I want to see more about this beach or trip. But besides this one beach photo you
are actually posting fashion posts. I won't follow you cause you weren't what I was
searching for.

What I want to say is, that Hashtags shouldn't be adapt to your post only. Use a mix of
Hashtags which are adapt to your post AND your content generally. That's a great way to
use Hashtags for gaining followers who are really interested in your niche and content.


SECOND: HOW MANY HASHTAGS YOU
SHOULD USE

In part one I already told you: the more Hashtags you use, the higher the chance to be found by
people who are interested in your content. Instagam allows 30 Hashtags per post. My own
experiences is, that 22-27 Hashtags work the best. I wasn't pretty sure why, thats why I
googled it. Honestly I am not much smarter now, but it was interesting to see, that a lot
of people also recommend this number of Hashtags.
I still don't know why this number of Hashtags is working so good,
but it dosn't matter as long as it works in my opinion. :D
Maybe you should just try it out for yourself and make your own experiences.


THIRD: WHAT HASHTAGS YOU SHOULD USE

First of all: Which topic your Hashtags are about, is specific for your profile and content. If you
are a fashion blogger, there are Hashtags like #ootd #outfitpost or #fashionista. Fitness people
will maybe use Hashtags like #gymlove #train or #fitfam. Let me now tell you
the secret of how reaching 1000 people with Hashtags only:
There is one way to reach a lot of user just through Hashtags, regardless of the number
of followers you have. The trick is to get in the "popular page" of your used Hashtags. How
it works? Easy. Depending on the number of likes you have on your posts, you should use
Hashtags in different "sizes". Which means, if you are a content creator with maybe 400 Likes on
each post, you should use mostly Hashtags with 100-300K posts. Why?
This Hashtag hasn't been used that much and it is easier to get on the popular page of this Hashtag.
Cause if we are honest to ourselves: Mostly we stick on
the popular page of the hashtag and scroll through those pictures instead of checking the
'recent' posts. That's why it is so important to get on the 'popular' page of the Hashtags we use.
I created a table, so it is easier for you to check which size of Hashtags
you should use, when you want to post next time.

"I hate the new Instagram Algorithm!" "I just recive a half of likes I've got a year ago with less
followers!" "It's not funny anymore, I want the old algorithm back!" 

Do you remember saying one of those sentences in the last three month? Guess everyone is talking
about it - the change of the Instagram Algorithm. Additionally seems like everybody is hating the
change and want the good, old timeline algorithm back. But this won't happen. So what can we do for
getting our good engagement back and still growing on Instagram, where it seems like growing isn't
possible anymore?

I will give you some short and easy tips, how you can still grow your account and getting more
likes and followers despite the new algorithm. But let me introduce myself shortly and why I should
think I can give you tips which really work.

For those who didn't know - my name is Vanessa and I worked besides my studies as a Social Media
Manager. This was way after I started my blog and Instagram Chanel. I also got that punch in my
face from Instagram, I also lost likes, follower and engagement. That was the moment I realised that
all my knowledge I had from my work wasn't enough for me to safe myself from the new algorithm.
I started to educate myself every evening (and sometimes while sitting in the university too lol). This
is now 3 month ago and I've learned a lot. Some informations and tips I already shared with my
friends and all were pretty thankful. So I thought - why not helping others with the same problem?
Thats why I am sitting here at 10pm and writing down all the sh*t I know, for you guys. :) 

Short disclaimer: I will start with some basics today and will go deeper into the algorithm with every
blog post the next weeks, because this topic is way too complex for just one post. So keep checking
my blog, I will post weekly (every monday) new stuff about the new instagram algorithm and
how it works.

HOW TO GET MORE LIKES ON INSTAGRAM


FIRST: REGULARITY
One of the most importent things is to post constantly. Which doesn't mean you have to post every
day! Of cause, this would be great, but what it meens is to post in regular intervals. Instagram will
'remember' if you are posting every 24h, 48h... That's important cause if Instagram is knowing, you
are posting in a specific interval, it could understand when you are activ and could optimise the time
your post will be shown to your audience. Additionally the more often you are posting, the more
often people could interact with your account and build a strong realtionship with it. I will talk more
about bulding a relationship to your audience in a new blogpost soon, cause this is definitely one of
THE most iportant things to do on Instagram.

SECOND: HASHTAGS
Guess everyone knows that hashtags could make a hudge difference! But how many hashtags do you
should use? This question is pretty torn on the internet - some experts say only 5 to 7 relevant
hashtags are necessary, others say you should use all possible 30 hashtags. In my opinion you should
use as much as you can. More hashtags = more people you can reach. BUT ATTENTION! If you
really want to use 30 hashtags, use still relevant ones for your profile and post. It's not conducive to
post for example a fashion post with general hashtags like #likeforlike or #love. It is pretty okay to
love the picture you are posting, but nobody will search for the hashtag #love to see an outfit post ;)
Some more hashtag tips and how you could find the perfect ones for your account will be topic of
the next blogpost on 05/20/19.

THIRD: TIME
Yes - it is still relevant when to post, even the timeline doesn't extist anymore. Why? Let me explain
it with an example. Maybe you post 10am in the morning and your audience will come online at
12am. Seems like not much time has passed. But if your audience will scroll through their feed, they
will first see posts which were posted maybe around 11:55, 11:48, 11:45. Cause Instagram is
thinking hose posts have maybe similar hashtags to yours, BUT they are newer and are more
relevant because of that. Try to figure out when your audience is online and try to post at this time.
If you don't have a business account on Instagram and you don't have instagram insights there are a
lot of apps which could help you to figure out, when the perfect time is for posting. My personal
recommendation is the app "When to post".

FOURTH: GEO TAG
Just a very simple option to reach more people in your city/country. Mark your location when
posting next time. It's like a special, very intense 31. Hashtag which brings you more traffic to your
post! Statistics say, that the Geo Tag brings around 30% more clicks to your picture, then pictures
without a geo tag! I absolutely recommend to try this out.

FIFTH: LIKING OLD COMMENTS
Last but not least - did you already thought about liking the comments of your LAST post after
posting a new picture? It's like a remeber to your audience that you still exist. Additionally you will
pop up in the notifications of your followers and because of that, some of them will check your
profile again and will see your new picture. More chances to get more likes fast, right? I tried this
out and really saw a difference!

Wow - writing down all this stuff was so much fun and I am looking forward to prepare the part two!

'I have nothing to wear!'

I guess we all know this situation: standing in front of a wardrobe full of clothes but we have 
nothing really fresh and lit to wear. A lot of very cheap online stores promise to help: stylish new
pieces for like $10 or just a bit more. But could we trust those shops? I made the test.
Femmeluxefinery is an oline store which wrote me, they would love to work with me. I said yes.
Maybe cause I 'had nothing to wear'. Maybe cause I was curious to see how the pieces will look like
and how good or bad the quality would be. Here is my honest review.

SHIPPING

I am living in germany and all pieces arrived within one week, which is pretty okay I guess.
Additionally the pieces were packed in a plastic bag but didn't smell weired or looked creased.

QUALITY

First set - definitely not everybodys taste. But I love it! It is super compfy and stylish. Only 
problem: it's a bit see-through. Guess it's a 'probleme' you can handle - just wear nude underwear
and you are ready to go!

Second outfit I ordered were a co-ord with grey joggers and a grey cropped hoodie. I LOVE IT!
Quality is amazing, fabric is super soft and you can dress itt up or down. I really was surprised how
good this set fits. (btw checked the size guide of all of my prducts) Maybe nice to say: you can't tie
the joggers smaller, the ribbon is just decoration.

PRICE

Of cause, I had to pay nothing, because it was a collaboration, but I checked the prices and both sets
were like under $15! That's amazing for the quality I got.

CONCLUSION

I definitely  would order again, also without a collab. All pieces arrived fast and had a good price-
performance ratio. If you don't have something to wear now, I would rather check this shop out!

PROTEIN PANCAKES - SCHOKOLADE/PEANUT & JOGHURT/FRUCHT

"Frühstück ist die wichtigste Mahlzeit am Tag."
Bla bla bla, ich würde diese Aussage nicht ganz unterschreiben. Was ich aber sagen kann ist,
dass das Frühstück definitiv meine liebste Mahlzeit am Tag ist! Ich liebe es morgens mit einem
leckeren Breakfast in den Tag zu starten und genau deshalb stelle ich dir heute meine zwei
liebsten Protein-Pancake Rezepte vor. Diese sind nämlich nicht nur unfassbar lecker, sondern
auch besonders proteinreich und halten auf Grund dessen besonders lange satt. Ein
Zubereitungsvideo findest du ebenfalls etwas weiter unten. Los geht's!

Schokoladen- / Peanut- Pancakes

Spoiler Alert: Diese Pfannekuchen schmecken mindestens genauso gut wie sie aussehen!

Zutaten:
50g Protein-Pancake Mix von Gymqueen (Geschmack Double Chocolate)*
125ml Wasser
ca.30g Erdnussbutter
20g Nüsse

OATS / HAFERFLOCKEN - REZEPTE | PROTEINREICH FRÜHSTÜCKEN

Zurück am Start - heute mit vier heftig leckeren Oats-Rezepten zum nachmachen! Ich persönlich
liebe es morgens Oats zu frühstücken und damit das ganze auch nicht langweilig und eintönig wird,
teile ich heute meine Top 4 Oat-Bowls mit euch! Viel Spaß! ♥

Double Chocolate Crunch

Zutaten:
30g Haferflocken (ich habe mich für grobkörnige entschieden)
100ml Hafermilch (optional auch mit Wasser oder normaler Milch zu machen)
30g Chocolate Whey (meins ist das Queen Whey Protein von GymQueen)
Schokoladen-Topping (ich habe mich für 21g des Crumpy Riegels von GymQueen entschieden)

Zubereitung:
Whey, Haferflocken und Milch zusammen in eine Schüssel geben, gut verrühren und über Nacht
abgedeckt in den Kühlschrank stellen. Alternativ kannst du die Haferflocken-Milch-Whey Masse für
3 Minuten in die Mikrowelle packen. Dabei ziehen sich die Haferflocken zwar nicht ganz so voll wie
über Nacht, klappt aber trotzdem ganz gut, wenn man es eilig hat.
Zum Schluss wird das Schokoladentopping zerkleinert und über die Oats gegeben. Lass dir die
Schokobombe schmecken!

366 kcal
28.9g Protein
37.2g Kohlenhydrate
12g Fett

Christmas Oats mit Äpfeln, Nüssen und Zimt

Zutaten:
30g Haferflocken (ich habe mich für grobkörnige entschieden)
70ml Hafermilch (optional auch mit Wasser oder normaler Milch zu machen)
25g Nüsse deiner Wahl (ich habe einen Nussmix genommen)
Zimt (so viel du magst)
½ Apfel

Zubereitung:
Haferflocken, Zimt und Milch zusammen in eine Schüssel geben, gut verrühren und über Nacht
abgedeckt in den Kühlschrank stellen. Alternativ kannst du auch hier die Haferflocken-Zimt-Milch-
Mischung für 3 Minuten in die Mikrowelle packen. 
Zum Schluss den halben Apfel zerkleinern und mit den Nüssen auf die Oats geben. Guten Appetit!

32g Kohlenhydrate

Peanutbutter-Banana-Oats

Zutaten:
30g Haferflocken (ich habe mich für grobkörnige entschieden)
70ml Hafermilch (optional auch mit Wasser oder normaler Milch zu machen)
Eine Banane
30g Peanutbutter

Zubereitung:
Haferflocken und Milch zusammen in eine Schüssel geben, gut verrühren und über Nacht abgedeckt
in den Kühlschrank stellen. Alternativ: für 3 Minuten in die Mikrowelle packen und warm genießen.
Zum Schluss die Banane und die Erdnussbutter auf die Oats geben! Wahrscheinlich keine
kalorienarme Variante, dafür aber verdammt lecker!

12.8g Protein
48g Kohlenhydrate
18g Fett

Joghurt-Beeren-Oats

Zutaten:
30g Hafeflocken (ich habe mich für grobkörnige entschieden)
70ml Hafermilch (optional auch mit Wasser oder normaler Milch zu machen)
100g Mager-Joghurt (Fett 0.1)
120g Tiefkühl-Beeren

Zubereitung:
Haferflocken und Milch zusammen in eine Schüssel geben, gut verrühren und über Nacht abgedeckt
in den Kühlschrank stellen. Alternativ kannst du auch hier die Mischung für 3 Minuten in die Mikrowelle packen. 
Anschließend den Joghurt und die Beeren hinzugeben. Tipp: Wer es etwas süßer mag, kann ein paar
Tropfen Süßstoff hinzugeben.
